Serving Our Local Community
Saturday Service is a weekly, off-campus opportunity to put loving our neighbors into practical action. As a result, students are able to relationally link with our campus neighbors. Ultimately, we seek to inspire deeper learning through service, imitating the attitude of Christ and demonstrating hospitality to those around us. Help build houses alongside local volunteers, as well as the family members who will live in the homes you are building! For more information, visit the
Wood Ministry of Newberg
Split, stack, and deliver wood alongside veterans and other volunteers, serving to keep homes warm for the winter (...and stop for donut & coffee breaks as often as needed).
