Admission Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Cumulative 2.0 transferable GPA
- To begin social work or education major courses: Cumulative 2.5 transferable GPA
No standardized tests (SAT, ACT, etc.) are required to be admitted.

The accelerated bachelor's degree in education has separate admission requirements, deadlines, and application processes.
BSW Admissions Process
To be admitted to the online BSW program, students must complete an additional BSW application, after being accepted to the ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox Accelerated Online Degree program. You will be guided through the process of completing the BSW application as part of one of your first courses.
The BSW application includes:
- Two recommendations (one academic, one professional/volunteer related)
- A copy of your professional resume
- A copy of your unofficial transcript for all course work completed
- Personal narrative

Create an account with a username and password and complete the Accelerated Online Degree application online for admission into general education or major classes.

Readmission of Former Students
The readmittance application is required for former ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox students who are pursuing readmission to the university after an absence of more than one semester. If you withdrew during the semester immediately prior to the semester you intend to re-enroll (example: withdrew spring 2025, plan to re-enroll in fall 2025), you are not required to submit a readmit application.

Request Official Electronic Transcripts
Request an official transcript from every regionally accredited college or university where you completed even a single course, including military and CLEP transcripts.
Electronic transcripts are preferred for speed and accuracy. They must be sent directly from the institution to admissions@georgefox.edu. If an electronic option is not available, unopened official transcripts can be sent via mail to:

Enrollment Deposit
If accepted, a $200 enrollment deposit is required.
